The September entrance ceremonies for the 2016 academic year for undergraduate faculties, the Japanese Language Program, and graduate schools will be held as follows.

As this is a formal ceremony, attendance is restricted to authorized persons only.

Date	Friday, September 16, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at around 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be on time as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Attendees	Undergraduate Faculties: Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies Graduate Schools: Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law School Japanese Language Program
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony venue. Other information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
