The September 2016 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

Please note that attendance is restricted to graduating students and related parties.

Date/Time	Thursday, September 15, 2016, from 2:00 p.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 1:00 p.m. Please be seated by 1:30 p.m. Please be on time as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Students	Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony venue. Regarding degree conferral: Diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. Diplomas cannot be issued without a student ID card. Other information: Entry to the campus by car is not permitted. Please refrain from coming by private car.
