The AY 2022 September Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

※Please note that the format of the ceremony may change depending on the future situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. Any changes will be announced on this webpage, so please be sure to check for the latest information.
※To prevent the spread of infection, attendance at this commencement ceremony will be limited to graduating students only. We ask for the understanding of all family members regarding this decision.
※The ceremony will be live-streamed on the internet for you to watch. We encourage you to view it.
※In the event of any changes to the ceremony start time, etc., due to unforeseen circumstances on the day, an announcement will be made on this webpage.
※Graduating students who require an attendant for any reason should contact us for consultation. (See the phone number below)

For those who cannot attend in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed on YouTube Live. We encourage you to watch it. The archived video will also be available for a limited time at the following URL.

For Attendees
Please use public transportation when coming to the venue. Please cooperate in preventing the spread of infection by always wearing a non-woven mask and refraining from conversation.
Please take your temperature at home on the day of the event. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from coming to the venue. Temperature checks will also be conducted at the campus entrance. Entry will be denied if a fever is detected.
Please wear a non-woven mask at all times on campus and keep conversation to a minimum. Do not remove your mask, even when taking commemorative photos.
Please note that entry and exit are not permitted after the ceremony begins.
Please understand that no signboards will be set up on campus to avoid crowding. Instead, we have prepared a photo frame that can be used on your smartphone. Please feel free to use it.
For Family Members
We kindly ask that family members refrain from accompanying graduates to the campus.
