The AY 2026 Graduate Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.
*Details of the event may be subject to change should unforeseen circumstances occur. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please be sure to check back for the latest information.
*Please note that each new student may only invite up to two family members to attend the ceremony.
*New students who need special assistance should reach out via the contact information listed under “For inquiries on the ceremony” at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.

Venue opens: 8:40
Arrive by: 9:10
Graduate Entrance Ceremony: 9:30—10:10
Please arrive at the venue by no later than 9:10.
*Attendees will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.
Venue
Refer to the map linked above for directions.
Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
Refrain from gathering in front of the Hiyoshi Station ticket gates or nearby areas, as this can cause issues with pedestrian traffic.
To family members:
Please note that each new student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
Please come to the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall for the ceremony. The venue is the same for new students and family members.

Livestream
For all those who cannot attend in person, a livestream of the ceremony will be shared online. We hope that you enjoy watching the event. The recording shall remain available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.
