The AY 2025 Graduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

*Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
*Graduating students who need special assistance should reach out via the contact information listed under "For inquiries on the ceremony" at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.

Venue opens: 8:40
Arrive by: 9:10
Commencement ceremony: 9:30—10:10
Please arrive at the venue by no later than 9:10.
*Attendees will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.

Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
Refrain from gathering in front of the Hiyoshi Station ticket gates or nearby areas, as this can cause issues with pedestrian traffic.
To family members:
Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
Please come to the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall. The venue is the same for graduates and family members.

Livestream
For all those who cannot attend in person, a livestream of the ceremony will be shared online. We hope that you enjoy watching the event. The recording shall remain available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

Conferral of diplomas

*Keio will send a separate message to contact doctoral students who have withdrawn upon completing their course requirements or dissertation, as they are not able to access K-Support.
