The AY 2025 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.
*Details of the event may be subject to change should unforeseen circumstances occur. Any updates will be posted on this page. Please be sure to check back for the latest information.
*Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
*Family members will be in a separate venue from graduating students. A live broadcast of the commencement ceremony will available for attendees at this location.
*Graduating students who need special assistance should reach out via the contact information listed under "For inquiries on the ceremony" at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.
*There is an accessible viewing space for family members with physical disabilities. Details are available under the “Venue” section.

Venue opens: 12:45
Arrive by: 13:20
Commencement ceremony: 14:00—15:20
Please arrive at the venue by no later than 13:20.
*Attendees will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.

*Family members will first be shown to (1) the Hiyoshi Kaido Senior High School Gymnasium. When that becomes full, they will be directed to (2) the Fourth School Building.
*Those with physical disabilities should go directly to (3) the Kyoseikan Collaboration Complex. *No reservations required
Important Notes
Refer to the map linked above for directions.
Follow directions from staff when arriving at the venue.
Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
Refrain from gathering in front of the Hiyoshi Station ticket gates or nearby areas, as this can cause issues with pedestrian traffic.
You may experience long queues to use the restrooms due to their limited number. Please allow yourself ample time to use the facilities when coming to the venue.
To family members:
*Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
Graduating students and their families will be in separate rooms.
The livestream of the entrance ceremony will be broadcast at this venue for families.
While we have used experiences from past ceremonies to arrange for ample seating, please be aware of the possibility that the venue may reach capacity.
We recommend wearing warm clothing as the weather may be cold on the day of the ceremony.

Livestream
For all those who cannot attend in person, a livestream of the ceremony will be shared online. We hope that you enjoy watching the event. The recording shall remain available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

Note that diplomas have already been conferred to those who graduated in September 2025.
