Important Instructions for Entering Information and Uploading Documents on the Application Website
The application must be completed and submitted by the applicant themselves.
Submissions made outside the designated application period will not be accepted. Delays in submission due to computer issues or heavy website traffic will not be considered. Please note that access tends to be congested on the final day, so applicants are strongly advised to submit their applications well in advance.
A number of applicants access the online application system for the first time shortly before the deadline and fail to complete their application in time. Applicants are strongly advised to begin the registration process at least one week before the deadline and to complete an initial submission at least three days in advance. Applications may be resubmitted as many times as necessary until the application deadline.
Be sure to print and keep a copy of your application (the PDF version of the application form) for your records.
Applications with incomplete or incorrect information, including uploaded documents, may not be considered for selection. Applicants are responsible for carefully checking all submitted materials.
