Careers and Future Paths

Graduates of the Faculty of Economics enjoy a high employment rate. Among the graduates of 2024 academic year, approximately 30% found employment in academic research, professional and technical services, followed by the finance and insurance industry, and the information and communications industry. At the same time, some students prepare for professional qualifications, such as the Certified Public Accountant or the National Civil Service Examination for Comprehensive Service. Opportunities for further study are also available, including admission to the Graduate School of Economics, with a total of 40 students advancing to master's programs at Keio and other universities.

The career support offices at the Mita, Yagami, Shonan Fujisawa, and Shiba Kyoritsu campuses provide individual consultations on all matters related to career planning. A support system is in place to offer guidance on a wide range of career choices, including job hunting, balancing job searches with graduate studies, studying abroad, and preparation for professional certification examinations.
