Keio Shonan Fujisawa Junior and Senior High School ──Freshman Welcome Party──

Spring at SFC Junior and Senior High School means the entrance ceremony, where new students from both the 1st year (Chutobu Junior High School 1st year) and 4th year (Senior High School 1st year) and their parents gather together, followed by the Freshman Welcome Party. Both events are held in the school's 3rd Gymnasium, filled nearly to capacity, to grandly celebrate the enrollment of the new students. The Freshman Welcome Party is a student-led event organized primarily by the Cheerleading Committee, Chorus Club, Brass Band Club, and the Student Council Executive Board. It is a tradition to conclude the event by linking shoulders and singing the "Juku-ka" and the Keio University fight song, "Wakaki-chi," as a whole venue.
