Shonan Fujisawa Junior and Senior High School ── "Let's go to Sunako!" ──

Published: August 01, 2025

When you think of lunch break at Shonan Fujisawa Junior and Senior High School, you think of the scene at the snack corner, commonly known as "Sunako," where students buy light meals, snacks, and drinks. Since many of our students have long commutes, those who finish their lunch boxes early often get hungry again by lunch break and come to buy snacks. Inviting classmates with a "Let's go to Sunako!" has become a way for students to take a breather.

Depending on the day and time, there can be long lines. On this day, the line was shorter because many students were going to see the dance club's lunchtime performance, but the highly popular Matsuya lunch boxes were already sold out. The Sunako at SFC Junior and Senior High School serves as a place for relaxation and nutritional replenishment for growing students.
