We issue various certificates for those who have been accepted into the graduate school entrance examinations for the Graduate School of Letters, Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Law, Graduate School of Sociology, and Graduate School of Business and Commerce. The types of certificates that can be issued and the corresponding fees are as follows.

How to Apply
In-person Application
Please go to counter no. 6 at the Mita Office of Student Services, ask for the person in charge of graduate school admissions, fill out the application form at the counter, and purchase revenue stamps for the required fee.
Certificates will be issued on the afternoon of the next business day or later, so please apply with ample time.
Also, you will need to present your personal identification when you pick up your certificate.

Application by Mail
To apply by mail, please enclose the required documents listed below and send them to the designated address.

*If you are unable to print the form, please enclose a memo with the information required on the designated form.
3. Fee
Please send the fee in cash (Japanese yen) by registered mail for cash (genkin kakitome).
4. A self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) with your name and address.
[Note] Please ensure you have affixed the correct amount of postage.
The envelope must be addressed to yourself.
The certificates are A4 size.
Return envelope size: If you want the certificate folded in three, please use a Chou-gata 3 envelope (23.5 × 12 cm). If you want the certificate sent unfolded, please provide a non-standard size envelope.
Please note that we do not accommodate return methods other than standard mail (e.g., registered mail, courier services).
Please be aware that if there are any missing items or incomplete documents, your certificate will be issued only after we have confirmed all necessary information.
