Target Audience: High school students and graduates considering applying to Keio University (undergraduate programs), their guardians, and high school teachers
Program: (1) Faculty Introductions (1. In-person / 2. Live Broadcast), (2) University Information Session, (3) Student Talk Session
How to Participate
Advance registration for one of the programs is required to participate in the Open Campus. Guardians who wish to participate must also register separately from their children.
Registration methods are divided into A. Advance Lottery Registration and B. First-come, First-served Registration depending on the program.
Details regarding program content and registration methods are provided in the following sections.

Participation passes will be issued to those whose participation in each program has been confirmed.
Those without an Open Campus participation pass will not be allowed to enter the venue.
Please note that there are no waiting rooms for companions inside or outside the venue.

Programs and Registration Methods
Three types of programs are available. Advance registration is required for all.
Participation is limited to one session per program.
Please note that registration methods and target audiences vary by program.
Registration Method
(1) Faculty Introduction (1. In-person / 2. Live Broadcast)
Target: High school students (Grades 10-12) and graduates only
This program combines a faculty explanation with a mock lecture.
It will be conducted in an in-person lecture format for each faculty (or department for the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Pharmacy). For the Faculties of Letters, Economics, Law, Business and Commerce, and Science and Technology, classrooms for simultaneous live broadcasting of the faculty introduction will be provided in addition to the in-person classrooms.
You may participate in up to one session from either the in-person or live broadcast classrooms for the faculty introduction.
Please note that the registration start dates differ depending on the registration method.
【A. Advance Lottery Registration】 (1)-1 Faculty Introduction: In-person Classroom
A. Advance Lottery Registration will be accepted from 10:00 on Wednesday, April 22 to 17:00 on Monday, April 27.
Lottery results can be checked on My Page starting at 16:00 on Thursday, April 30.
If seats remain after the lottery or if cancellations occur, B. First-come, First-served Registration will be accepted from 16:00 on Tuesday, May 12 to 23:59 on Saturday, June 6. Registration will not be accepted if the program is full.
【B. First-come, First-served Registration】 (1)-2 Faculty Introduction: Live Broadcast Classroom
Available only for the Faculties of Letters, Economics, Law, Business and Commerce, and Science and Technology. Please note that questions cannot be accepted in the live broadcast classrooms.
B. First-come, First-served Registration will be accepted from 16:00 on Tuesday, May 12 to 23:59 on Saturday, June 6.
(2) University Information Session (In-person)
Target: High school students (Grades 10-12), graduates, guardians, and teachers
University staff will explain learning and student life at Keio University. There are no live broadcast classrooms.
B. First-come, First-served Registration will be accepted from 16:00 on Tuesday, May 12 to 23:59 on Saturday, June 6.
(3) Student Talk Session (In-person)
Target: High school students (Grades 10-12), graduates, guardians, and teachers
Current students will introduce their own learning and student life in a talk session format. There are no live broadcast classrooms.
B. First-come, First-served Registration will be accepted from 16:00 on Tuesday, May 12 to 23:59 on Saturday, June 6.
Other
Those whose participation in any program has been confirmed may also tour the Media Center (Library) and use the cafeteria and shops.
*Please refrain from visiting solely for the purpose of using the cafeteria or shops.
Information for Those Requiring Special Accommodations
Those who require special accommodations due to disabilities or illnesses (e.g., using a wheelchair) when participating in the Open Campus should apply using the form below after registering for a program.

・Please also submit an application if a participating guardian or high school teacher requires special accommodations.
・Those who applied for (1) Faculty Introduction via the advance lottery should apply after confirming their selection; for other programs, please apply after the registration is complete.
・Even if an assistant is accompanying you, please register for the program for only one person (the participant). Registration for the program is not required for the assistant.
・We may not be able to accommodate requests made after the deadline or depending on the nature of the request. Please contact us as early as possible.
