""Nurse Kids☆Support"" Program Announcement
Since its establishment in April 2018, the Office for Diversity and Inclusion has been promoting the ""Keio University Childcare Support Program (KIDS)"" as part of its initiatives to establish work-life balance, supporting faculty and staff members who aim to balance work and childcare. On the other hand, the working styles of faculty and staff within the university are diverse, and the working arrangements of nurses and midwives working in the university hospital's nursing department are particularly unique, making it extremely challenging to balance work and childcare. Therefore, the Office for Diversity and Inclusion has decided to launch a new program, ""Nurse Kids☆Support,"" specifically tailored to the working styles of nurses and midwives. We hope that this new support program will be of some help to nurses and midwives in balancing their work and childcare responsibilities. Please note that this program will be reviewed and improved as appropriate based on your feedback. If you have any comments or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office for Diversity and Inclusion. (January 2023)
