KEIO TECHNO-MALL 2014 (15th Annual Keio Science and Technology Exhibition) "More Partnerships, More Dreams" - December 5 (Fri)

Update:Nov. 13, 2014

The Keio Leading-edge Laboratory of Science and Technology (KLL; Yokohama City) will hold the 15th Keio Science and Technology Exhibition “KEIO TECHNO-MALL 2014” at the Tokyo International Forum on Friday, December 5.

KEIO TECHNO-MALL is an event that showcases the research results of Keio University’s Faculty and Graduate School of Science and Technology, and is a meeting point for future collaboration between government, industry and academia for joint research, technology transfer, and more. KLL is striving to cultivate talent and generate new ideas through collaboration with government and industry, and for the results that are born from it. We aim for an exhibition that represents the processes for success.

The Faculty of Science and Technology is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, and as a commemorative project, the Keio Innovation Foundry (KIF) has been established as a base for innovative collaboration with industry. As a Commemorative Event for the Keio Innovation Foundry, the exhibition invites several notable figures from industry to take the podium at Talk Sessions on the state of the government-industry-academia collaboration that society truly needs.

Furthermore, the 75th Anniversary Special Program includes keynote speeches and a Round-table Session with invited guests from a wide range of fields and industries. Lastly, there will be Technology Partnership Seminars on budding research by three winners of the 2014 MEXT Young Scientists’ Prize.

We ask that you include the KEIO TECHNO-MALL in your event announcements and request coverage of the event.
