Keio University and Keio Rengo Mita-kai established the Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Fund on April 19 to provide maximum support to the victims of the Kumamoto earthquakes. The relief fund received quick and broad support from the Keio community. We hereby express our sincere appreciation to all those who have offered their kind generosity and helped in our fundraising activities. The relief fund was closed as of May 31, and the results of the fundraising effort are shown below.

As planned, all your generous donations will be sent to the Japanese Red Cross towards relief efforts in the regions affected by the Kumamoto earthquakes. The "Keio University Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Fund" bank account has now been closed for donations.
