Keio University Launches LinkedIn University Page

In addition to its official websites available in Japanese and English, Keio University has embraced social media to engage a wider audience, posting Keio's first Tweet on Twitter in June 2011 and opening Keio University's official Facebook account in November 2011. Less than six months later, Keio launched Keio Global, an English-language platform that offers a wealth of information on its website and Facebook page for Keio's international audience.

On December 4, 2013, Keio University introduces an all-new university page on LinkedIn, the world's largest social network geared toward business professionals with more than 259 million registered users in over 200 countries worldwide .

One of the signature features of LinkedIn is the ability to reference alumni career paths.

We expect this new addition to Keio's social media lineup to provide information and further convey the allure of Keio University around the globe as well as serve as a space for alumni, former and prospective international students, and current students to connect.
