Appointment of Prof. Yoshiyuki Hashimoto as Vice President of Keio University and his Passing

We express our deepest condolence on the passing of Vice-President Yoshiyuki Hashimoto (former President of Kyoritsu University of Pharmacy) on 1 April 2008. He was appointed Vice-President earlier of the day following the merger of Keio University and Kyoritsu University of Pharmacy. He was 77.

The funeral services took place as follows;
Wake: Friday, 4 April 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Service: Saturday, 5 April 2008 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Place: Kaneiji Temple, Rinnouden
14-5 Ueno Koen, Taito-ku, Tokyo
