Old University Library
Old University Library which was built in 1912 to commemorate 50th anniversary of Keio University's foundation has a long and distinguished history. The stained glass picture displayed at staircase landing in the entrance hall represents Keio University which first brought modern educational system into Japan. An armored warlord as the symbol of feudal society and the goddess with a pen in her hand which symbolizes western civilization are depicted in the picture with the sidescription in Latin "the pen is mightier than the sword".

East Research Building
East Research Building is the base of Global Security Research Institute. "Maboroshi no mon" gate which had been here since 1922 was moved to the middle of the slope to the center of campus from the building.
New University Library
New University Library
The Mita Media Center has open shelves, study rooms and other facilities in huge space of six stories above the ground and five underground stories. It collects some 2,300,000 volumes mainly in the field of humanities and social sciences.
Public Speaking Hall "Mita Enzetsu-Kan"
"Mita enzetsu-kan", a national important cultural property, is the first lecture hall in Japan which opened in 1875. The founder of Keio University, Yukichi Fukuzawa, is the one who translated "speech" and "debate" into Japanese. Yukichi Fukuzawa used to deliver speeches to audience in this building.

South Building
This building houses Keio's new professional law school, and is equipped with a distance learning room, model courtroom and law library. Keio's International Center is also located here. Banraisha, an important work created through collaboration between Isamu Noguchi and Yoshiro Taniguchi, is relocated to the third floor.
