A Glimpse of Physical Education Courses on Hiyoshi Campus
A wide array of physical education courses are held on Hiyoshi Campus, the campus of study for first-year students of the Faculty of Letters, School of Medicine, and Faculty of Pharmacy and first- and second-year students of the Faculties of Economics, Law, Business and Commerce, and Science and Technology.
Physical activity courses offer a broad range of sports for the "Weekly Sport," which includes fencing, archery, golf, and qigong, among other rare sports which many students may have never experienced. Over the spring and summer vacations, seasonal sports are held, and students can participate in training camps for such sports as horseback riding and sailing.
These courses aim to provide students with an understanding of the kinesthetic intelligence manifested in their own bodies, so they can form a well-rounded character while enjoying a wide variety of sports.
