Keio Selected to Participate in New MEXT Project to Promote University Activity in Implementing Internationalization and Exchanges

Two proposals from Keio University have been selected by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) to participate in their new program aimed at promoting internationalization and exchange.

This project has the following two goals. Firstly, to strengthen Japan internationally by building networks between universities in Japan and universities in designated regions such as Asia and the United States. Secondly, in conjunction with industry and using the networks created between these universities as a platform for internationalization, to nurture men and women who can prosper in a global society by promoting the internationalization of Japan’s universities.

25 out of 183 applications were selected this fiscal year.
