The Information Sessions of Two New Graduate Schools held

Keio University, to celebrate its 150th Anniversary in 2008, will establish the Graduate School of System Design and Management and the Graduate School of Media Design in Hiyoshi Campus (both graduate schools will be located in Mita Campus until August 2008). The information sessions for prospective students were held from 7 July 2007, Saturday at Mita Campus, Hiyoshi Campus, and Shonan Fujisawa Campus. In addition, on 13 July 2007 the session was held at Imperial Hotel Osaka.

In the sessions above, the appointed chair of the graduate schools, Prof. Yoshiaki Ohkami (Graduate School of System Design and Management) and Prof. Masahiko Inakage (Graduate School of Media Design) explained overall regarding the graduate school and the full-time faculty of each graduate school. Moreover, time for questions and answers followed and many participants of the sessions asked many questions enthusiastically involving in discussions aggressively. Throughout the sessions, it was apparent that there were high expectation and enthusiasm toward both graduate schools.
