The 2007 University Entrance Ceremony was held on Tuesday, 3 April at the Hiyoshi Memorial Hall of Hiyoshi Campus. 6,560 students for 9 faculties enrolled.
President Yuichiro Anzai gave the congratulatory speech, and encouraged the new students to understand three important things; to learn to study, to care for other people, and to always have courage.
Every year, alumni from 50 years ago are invited to the entrance ceremony. This year, about 900 Keio graduates from 1957 attended the ceremony, and a gift was presented from Mitakai, class of 1957.

After the ceremony, guidance was held for the freshmen, and the Hiyoshi Campus was filled with air of excitement, with senior students from various clubs welcoming new members.

On the other hand, the Entrance Ceremony of Graduate School was held on Friday, 6 April at the West School Building Hall of Mita Campus. 1,732 students enrolled to one of the 11 graduate schools.
President Yuichiro Anzai mentioned in his congratulatory speech that the Graduate School of Keio University was founded by energetic students after Yukichi Fukuzawa's death. He encouraged the new students to have the same spirits as the past to "Design the Future", and to study hard.

After the ceremony, the new graduate students attended guidance held by each graduate school, and solemnly started a new life as graduate students.
