Conclusion of a comprehensive agreement with Nanjing University

Keio University and Nanjing University (China) have reached a comprehensive agreement and held a signing ceremony after having agreed on an academic exchange and research collaboration. The agreement was signed between Professor Shi Jianjun, the vice president from Nanjing University and President Yuichiro Anzai from Keio University at Mita campus on Wednesday, October 27th. Nanjing University expressed its intention of encouraging further exchanges among the researchers, students (especially in humanities and social science), and the students’ organizations.

Nanjing University was founded in 1902 as one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in China and has actively contributed towards international academic relation over the past 20 years. The Center for Chinese and American Studies which houses a program of graduate studies is one of the biggest attributions operated jointly by Nanjing University and the Johns Hopkins University.
